Each department at the dealership does many things to help be "Greener".

  • Recycle paper (Paper that has customer information on it is kept in a secure document lockers then picked up by a document destruction company)

  • Used oil filters are recycled. The metal that makes the outside of the filter is crushed and recycled.

  • Cardboard is broken down, stored and picked up cardboard recyclers.

  • Have cigarette butts containers on site.

  • Buy our oil in bulk therefore reducing the amount of plastic containers at the dealership.

  • Recycle old magazines and newspaper.

  • When the cloths our technicians use become soiled, they are collected then sent to be cleaned.

  • The employees that use a shredder recycle the shredded paper.

  • Broken spare parts are collected and sold to scrap metal yards.

  • The State of Georgia requires us to collect and turn in used tires. The collected tires are shredded and re-purposed.

  • When possible employees re-use items for different purposes than there original intent.

  • In the Service Reception are there is a bottle and can receptacle. The tabs on the cans go to Ronald McDonald House the rest is recycled.
